Please read my terms and conditions below before booking. If you have any questions about any of them please feel free to ask by calling me on 07751 883056.

• All bookings are weather permitting and may be cancelled on the day due to bad weather.

• Please fully empty the car of belongings for internal work, otherwise there may be an extra charge to cover labour. I accept no responsibility if items are damaged or mistaken for rubbish.

• There must be adequate room to work and park the van next to the vehicle being valeted.

• I am unable to work in public car parks.

• Your appointment may run over the time allowed so please allow for this when booking.

• A deposit may be required for larger valets.

• Charges apply for generator usage.

• If you need to cancel your appointment please do so as soon as possible by calling, not texting.

• I reserve the right to turn down any booking, even once I arrive on location.

• Payment methods accepted are Cash, BACS/Bank transfer, and cheques (cheque payment will incur and additional £1 fee to cover bank charges). Payment to be made in full within 24 hours otherwise you may incur a late payment fee! Apologies but we do not accept card payments at this time.
