•All bookings are weather permitting and may be cancelled on the day due to bad weather.
•Please fully empty the car of belongings for internal work, otherwise there may be an extra charge to cover labour. I accept no responsibility if items are damaged or mistaken for rubbish.
• There must be adequate room to work and park the van next to the vehicle being valeted.
•I am unable to work in public car parks.
•Your appointment may run over the time allowed so please allow for this when booking.
•If you need to cancel your appointment please do so as soon as possible by calling, not texting.
